CAP WITH STRING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a string capable of discharging static electricity of the human body to the vehicle side without a shock and preventing secondary spark discharge. SOLUTION: An annular groove 21d is formed in a cap main body 21a of a cap 21. A long connecting member 23 has an integrally formed ring 23a, and the ring 23a is fitted in the annular groove 21d to be connected to the cap 21. The cap 21 and the connecting member 23 are formed of conductive resin, and the surface resistance of the cap to the vehicle is set from 1×1012Ωto 5.30×1012Ω, thereby discharging static electricity of the human body to the cap vehicle side when the human body touches the cap, and no shock is given to the human body.
