PURPOSE: A handle for a vacuum cleaner is provided to freely rotate the handle in a desired direction so that a user grips the handle conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A concave placing unit(26) is formed at the upper part of a body, and has an assembly hole(26a). A handle unit(24) has a coupling hole(24b), and protrusions(24a) formed at both sides on the coupling hole. A fixing member(28) is coupled with the assembly hole and the coupling hole, and has position grooves(28a) into which the protrusions are fit.
