<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely bite and cut boiled rice by a boiled rice cutter. <P>SOLUTION: This boiled rice cutter 6 cuts continuous boiled rice supplied by a boiled rice compression and transportation part into fixed length by biting of the blade tip 21c of an opposed stationary blade 21 and the blade tip 34 of a movable blade 31 to be reciprocated, slid and driven.
