PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the resticking of stains to an object 7 to be cleaned due to the stay of the stains in a gap between an ultrasonic transducer 2 and the object 7 to be cleaned because of the vertical impingement of ultrasonic waves applied from the ultrasonic transducer 2 on the object 7 to be washed since the ultrasonic transducer 2 mounted on an ultrasonic wave generating part 1 is installed parallel to the object 7 to be washed. SOLUTION: Number 1 denotes the ultrasonic wave generating part and number 2 denotes the ultrasonic transducer, and number 3 denotes an electrode lead wire and number 4 denotes a connector, and number 5 denotes a cable and number 7 denotes the object to be cleaned, and number 9 denotes a nozzle. This configuration is the same as that of the ultrasonic cleaning device, thus explanation is omitted. In the present example, a vibration member 10 having an inclined back face 10a in the upper part and a flat irradiation surface 10b of ultrasonic wave in the lower part is mounted on an ultrasonic cleaning device. This vibration member 10 is provided with the ultrasonic transducer 2 on the back face 10a thereof, and the object 7 to be washed in lower part is mounted facing the irradiation surface of ultrasonic wave 10b of the vibration member 10 with a fine gap interposed therebetweem.
