DEFLECTION YOKE

PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to couple easily a ferrite core to a coil separator by forming a coupling groove and a tension rib on each corresponding position of the ferrite core and the coil separator. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke includes a conical coil separator(10), a horizontal and a vertical deflection coil, a ferrite core(14), an elastic body(20), and a coupling groove(30). The conical coil separator is formed with a screen portion(11) and a neck portion(12). The screen portion is coupled to one side of a screen side of a cathode ray tube. The neck portion is coupled to an electron gun portion of the cathode ray tube. The horizontal and the vertical deflection coils are installed on an inner face and an outer face of the coil separator to form the horizontal and the vertical deflection magnetic fields. The ferrite core is coupled to the outer face of the coil separator to enhance the magnetic field. The elastic body is installed on an upper circumference portion of the screen portion of the coil separator. The coupling groove is formed on a circumference portion of the ferrite core. The elastic body is formed with a couple of tension ribs(21,22).
