PURPOSE: A device for managing a status of a mobile communication system is provided to supply all information in a status block without additional load, when supplying various status information for operators such as GUIs, thereby supplying status management information in large quantities without additional load. CONSTITUTION: A BSM(Base Station Manager) STM(Status Manager)(10) comprises as follows. A command input module requests an inputted command of a BSS(Base Station Subsystem)(20). A response command performing module processes a response for the request and a report from the BSS(20). At least two keep-alive processing modules process statuses of all processors and devices of the BSS(20) in a keep-alive method. A DB(30) stores keep-alive messages processed by the response command performing module and the keep-alive processing modules. At least one GUIs(40) input MMCs(Man Machine Commands) of operators with the command input module in reference to contents stored in the DB(30).
