摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine by which a player can continuously get joy of watching the screen of a pattern display unit. <P>SOLUTION: When a pachinko ball enters in a start-up mouth, a pattern is selected from a plurality of patterns, and temporary stop of numeric patterns and display of a notification pattern are performed at a timing corresponding to the pattern type. In this configuration, in a plurality of patterns, different patterns are stored as timing of a reach notification pattern display and timing of temporary stops of numeric patterns. Therefore, absolute timing of reach notification pattern's appearance, which is measured from the start of change of a reach notification pattern, differs depending on the display pattern. Therefore, there remains joy of expecting that a reach notification pattern may appear even when a reach notification pattern did not appear at a certain timing, which makes joy of watching the screen continue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
