APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING TEMPERATURE OF COMBUSTION CHAMBER IN COKE OVEN

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling temperature of combustion chamber in coke oven is provided to automatically control flux of combustion gas by measuring temperatures of combustion chamber in coke oven in real time through thermometer and calculating temperature of the combustion chamber from average temperature thereof. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a temperature measuring part(16) comprising a plurality of temperature sensors installed at the total combustion chambers of the coke oven to measure temperature of the respective combustion chambers; a temperature operation part(17) for calculating an average temperature of the combustion chambers by operating a plurality of temperature measured values impressed from the temperature measuring part; a temperature setting part(18) in which operator sets up a target temperature of the combustion chamber according to coke working amount; a temperature control part(19) for calculating flux of mixed gas for reaching the target temperature by comparing the average temperature impressed from the temperature operation part with the target temperature set in the temperature setting part; a flux setting part(11) in which operator manually sets up flux of the mixed gas impressed to the coke oven; a control value selection part for outputting the selected flux set value as a target flux value by selecting any one out of flux set value of the flux setting part and flux set value of the temperature control part; and a flux control part(12) for controlling the mixed gas so that a mixed gas corresponding to the target flux is impressed to the flux control part using the flux set value impressed from the control value selection part as a target value.
