Includes a fixed part (20) and a moving part (10) that can take up an initial position and at least one displaced position: one (10) of the said parts (10, 20) has a housing groove (12) for a flexible device and the other part (20) has an actuating pin (24) which compresses the flexible device when the moving part (10) passes from the initial position to a displaced position; the device is characterised in that the flexible device consists of an elastomer part (30). In construction, the moving part (10) can rotate and the housing groove (12) of the elastomer part (30) is annular.This permits smooth and damped return of the moving part to its original position, even if the parts are of small diameter.
