PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-building wireless communication system for suppressing the interference for a reverse link. SOLUTION: The in-building wireless communication system comprises a transmission and reception relay for performing both transmission and reception via an antenna with respect to a terminal, the transmission and reception relay installed in the center of a building, at least one transmission relay for performing only transmission, with respect to the terminal, which is installed a certain preset distance away from the transmission and reception relay, the transmission relay facing the transmission and reception relay, at least one transmitter and receiver unit connected in parallel with the relays, and a base station device connected to the transmitter and receiver unit.
