<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-aligning type motor mount capable of easily setting an appropriate backlash. <P>SOLUTION: A guide ring 20 disposed coaxially with a driving shaft 11 has a disposing means 21 and a fixing means 22 of lug parts, thereby appropriately disposing the driving shaft 11 and driven shaft, and achieving a proper backlash between gears fitted thereto. The guide ring 20 is inserted in a keyed aperture 31 of a mount bracket 30 to be brought near a driven shaft frame. The rotation of the motor and the guide ring 20 in a first direction permits the alignment of the shafts. Then, the motor bracket is fitted to the driven shaft frame, and the motor and the guide ring are rotated in an opposite direction up to a second end position.
