PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparator with hysteresis which has a fine hysteresis width in a newly-developed constitution. SOLUTION: Each of bipolar transistors T5, T11 for level shift has an emitter terminal to which a constant current is supplied and a base terminal for receiving input signals INP, INM respectively. An input differential circuit is constituted of N-channel MOS transistors T8, T9, a transistor T18 for generating a hysteresis is turned on in response to the output of the circuit to supply a current to the emitter terminal of the transistor T5, and the hysteresis is generated.
