PURPOSE: A method for supplying an on-line automatic schedule of a living convenience service for an apartment having a business section is provided to automatically supply a schedule during a predetermined term by analyzing service patterns of dwellers for supplying a living convenience service rapidly and conveniently to the dwellers of an apartment having a business section. CONSTITUTION: A schedule managing server determines whether a dweller receives a living convenience service initially through a history database based on personal information of the dweller(S1). If the dweller receives a living convenience service previously, the schedule managing server determines whether the dweller received previously living convenience service greater than fifth times by searching the history database(S4,S5). If the dweller received living convenience service greater than fifth times, the schedule managing server displays contents of the history to the dweller(S6). If the dweller wants to change the history(S7), the schedule managing server sets a changed schedule(S8). If this month bill transmission date is reached(S9), a service cost is charged and a bill is transmitted to an integrated housing complex managing system(S10).
