PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lug-like structure of a hose clamp in which a retaining characteristic is outstandingly improved. SOLUTION: The hose clamp structure is provided with a clamp band 11 provided with band parts 11a, 11b to be overlapped; and a means 12 having lug-like means 12a, 12b has a mutually complement shapes such that they can be superposed. The lug-like means 12a of the inner band part 11a is engaged with the lug-like means 12b of the outer band part 11b to be overlapped from the inside of the clamp. A first means 14 for connecting at least a free end part of the inner band part 11a to be overlapped to the corresponding outer band part 11b to be overlapped is provided at a free end side of an area of the inner band part 11a to be overlapped continuing to the lug-like means 12a in a circumferential direction.
