PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image photograph display device that automatically selects a commercial power frequency and controls the fame rate in response to the selected commercial power frequency so as to keep high quality for a displayed image. SOLUTION: The image photograph display device 11 includes a frequency information acquisition means 16 and a control means 17. The frequency information acquisition means 16 is provided with a wireless communication means 21 and a frequency data table 22, and acquires information of a current position through the communication with a base station by a wireless communication means 21 when a user starts image photographing. The control means 17 compares the position information with read contents of the frequency data table 22 to obtain the commercial power frequency at the current position and controls the frame rate depending on the obtained commercial power frequency. Thus, the image photographing display device accurately and automatically selects the commercial power frequency and controls the frame rate in response to the selected commercial power frequency to keep the high quality for the displayed image.
