<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit in which trouble can be dissolved in a short time and at a low cost even when bug is developed at the last product stage. <P>SOLUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit provided with a ROM 21 storing a program and a processor performing a program code read out from the ROM 21, the circuit is provided with a substitution code register 31 in which a substitution code being substitution of the program code is stored, a substitution address specifying register 32 in which an address substituting the program code is stored, a comparator 34 comparing a read-address outputted to an address bus 11 with an address stored in the substitution address specifying register 32, and a selector 35 selecting whether a program code performed by the processor is supplied from the ROM 21 side or it is supplied from a substitution code register 33 side, based on the compared result by the comparator 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
