PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generating circuit which can output a fixed potential irrespective of load current. SOLUTION: The voltage generating circuit generating the prescribed voltage supplied to an internal circuit is provided with first, second, and third switching elements. A power source potential is supplied to each one end of the switching elements. This circuit is provided with first, second, and third transistors. In the first transistor, one end of a current path is connected to the other end of the first switching element, voltage is supplied to internal circuits from the other end of the current path, and has first driving capability. In the second transistor, one end of the current path is connected to the other end of the second switching element, voltage is supplied to internal circuits from the other end of the current path, and has second driving capability. In the third transistor, one end of the current path is connected to the other end of the third switching element, voltage is supplied to internal circuits from the other end of the current path, and has third driving capability.
