<p>A tow hook accommodation arrangement or adapter (1) is arranged inside an energy absorbing member (2) and particularly in a vehicle body. The adapter (1) is provided with flanges (4, 4') and further with a portion (7) for fastening of a tow hook (3). The adapter (1) is being disposed inside the energy absorbing member (2) through a hole (23) in its rear wall (22), thereby allowing for a free transfer or movement of the adapter (1) through the rear wall of the member upon a collision impact.</p> |
