发明名称 PRODUCTION OF GINSENG TEA
摘要 PURPOSE: A method of making ginseng tea by mixing ginseng powder, ginseng extract and spirits and then roasting the ginseng mixture after removing the spirits is provided. The product has enhanced water solubility while maintaining pharmacological effect and characteristic taste and flavor of ginseng as it was. CONSTITUTION: Ginseng is washed, heated for 10 to 30min at 100 to 120deg.C and then dried with steam for 15 to 20hr at 70 to 90deg.C until the central region of ginseng becomes red in color. Then, the dried ginseng is ground to 60 to 80 meshes, mixed with 1 to 3% by weight of ginseng extract and spirits and roasted to remove the spirits.
