PURPOSE: A method for correcting and controlling the open degree of an electronic throttle for a vehicle is provided to prevent the generation of the tip-in shock during deceleration by promptly removing the reverse driving state when creep is canceled. CONSTITUTION: A method for correcting and controlling the open degree of an electronic throttle for a vehicle comprises the step of deciding if an electronic throttle open degree correcting and controlling condition is satisfied(S110), deciding the driver's intention for acceleration(S120), deciding the reverse driving state(S140), controlling the throttle open degree of a vehicle(S160), and outputting a throttle open degree control signal until a creep correction canceling condition is satisfied(S180).
