PURPOSE: A communication system and a method of data synchronization of a dual server structure are provided to operate two servers all in a normal state, store log data of a server generated faults to a normal server and supply the stored log data from the normal to the fault generating server by checking state of the fault generating server, thereby capable of transmitting/receiving data with each other and enhancing availability of resources of servers. CONSTITUTION: A server 1(100) and a server 2(200) are constructed in duplication. The server 1 and server 2(100,200) synchronizes data according to an opponent server through the respective agents(110,210). The two servers(100,200) are connected to a switch(300) and thereby operate simultaneously. The two servers(100,200) have memory units(120,220), thereby storing data generated for the operation of them. Also, the two servers(100,200) transmit and receive data obtained by the operation of the opponent server, thereby synchronizing the data.
