PURPOSE: A polarized electrode is provided to be capable of being adhered by making an electrode material become slurry and then the slurry be coated on a metal support made of the same material as a metal case. CONSTITUTION: An electrode material(14) is coated on a metal support(12) and is made of a paste which consists of a powder active carbon, an electrolyte, a binder and a conductive addition agent. A plurality of concave groove parts(12a) are formed at one surface of the metal support(12). An electrode material(14) is coated and pressed on a surface where the concave groove parts(12a) are formed. The electrode material(14) is a paste state made by mixing a powder active carbon, an electrolyte, a binder and a conductive addition agent.
