PURPOSE: A high-speed controlling method between a user and a device in a UDP(User Datagram Protocol) network is provided to enable high-speed data transceiving in real time, even in an environment having complicated management objects in the same UDP network and much transceived data, thereby reducing a processing time on protocol and processing management of equipment connected on the network at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal transmits a protocol management message to a monitor compensation module in a video module of the second encoder(S101). The monitor compensation module receives the protocol management message and decides a type of the message(S102). If the type of the protocol management message indicates a specific information request message, the monitor compensation module acquires specific information in an internal system and transmits a response message including the specific information to the user terminal(S103). The user terminal receives the protocol response message from the monitor compensation module and displays a received result for an operator(S104). If the type of the protocol management message indicates a specific information value setting message in the step S102, the monitor compensation module sets a state of the monitor compensation module itself correspondingly to a specific information value and transmits a response message to the user terminal(S105). And the user terminal receives the response message for the specific information value setting message and displays a received result for the operator(S106).
