PURPOSE: A device for forming micro-cellular foam plastic is provided to supply a foaming agent of a fixed quantity and not to raise injection pressure of a forming machine. CONSTITUTION: A device for forming micro-cellular foam plastic comprises a foaming agent feeder(50) feeding a foaming agent; an isothermal device(52) maintaining the foaming agent supplied from the foam feeder in single phase; a pump(54) pumping the foaming agent in the isothermal device; a forming machine(60) melting the foaming agent pumped from the pump and a high molecule material and performing injecting molding while rotating a screw(64) of a cylinder(62); a metal mold(80) forming a cavity(82) filled with molten high molecule including the foaming agent injected-molded from the foaming machine; a gas feeder(90) feeding gas to the cavity; and a pressure control unit adjusting pressure of the cavity under the predetermined pressure. Thus, foaming agent feed of a fixed quantity is possible and the pressure of the metal mold cavity is adjusted.
