摘要 PURPOSE: A semiconductor device for minimizing current consumption within a fuse box is provided to intercept the leakage current of an address program portion and prevent a malfunction due to the noise by adding a noise interception block to a monitoring portion. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device includes a fuse box and a monitoring portion. The fuse box includes fuses and switching transistors to program particular information. The monitoring portion protects an operation of the fuse box when the current is not consumed by the fuse box whereas it intercepts the current applied to the fuse box when the current is consumed by the fuse box. The semiconductor device includes an address program portion(21) for programming address information, a trigger portion(11) for triggering the address program portion, and an output sustain portion(31) for outputting and holding the address program portion. The semiconductor device further includes a fail bit address detection portion(40) and a noise interception block(50). The fail bit address detection portion monitors an output of the address program portion, and intercept the current of the address program portion by controlling the trigger portion. The noise interception block intercepts a redundancy output terminal to prevent a malfunction when the noise is inputted into address input pins of the address program portion.
