PURPOSE: Provided are a system for treating a fixed amount ticket card, which contains sensors for sensing whether the fixed amount ticket card is caught or not, and a method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The system contains: the sensors(32, 36, 42, 44) for sensing if the card(20) is caught before printing the used content of the card(20) on the other side of the card; a printing part(34) for printing the used content of the card(20) on the other side of the card(20) by responding a print control signal; a system control part(30) displaying the situation that the card(20) is caught to the outside when the sensors(32, 36, 42, 44) turn on over the fixed time and generating the print control signal for the printing. And the method contains the step of requiring a manager to remove the caught card(20) from the system by displaying the situation that the card(20) is caught to the outside.
