PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagenase inhibitor and an antiaging agent each containing a substance having collagenase inhibitory action and found from among natural products as an active ingredient and a skin care preparation and food and beverage formulating the substance.

SOLUTION: This collagenase inhibitor and this antiaging agent each contains an extract from Prunus cerasoides as an active ingredient. This skin care preparation and the food and beverage are each obtained by formulating the extract therein.
