FRP REINFORCING CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP reinforcing construction method for a concrete structure shortening a construction period with easy construction, sufficiently reducing construction cost and attaining sufficient improvement of high strength and fatigue durability in the FRP reinforcing construction method for reinforcing the concrete structure. SOLUTION: In this FRP reinforcing construction method for the concrete structure, the surface layer part of concrete 1 is chipped in a depth which does not expose reinforcements 2, and fiber-reinforced plastic reinforcing bars comprising fiber with the elastic modulus of 100-1000 GPa are arranged as additional reinforcing bars at a chipped part 3.
