PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe device capable of preventing a termite proofing function from being lowered by the installation thereof, improving both a draining function and the termite proofing function, and being installed easily. SOLUTION: This drain pipe device 20 is installed in a floor concrete layer 70 laid out on a ground E under the floor of a house. The drain pipe device 20 comprises a tubular body tube part 30 passing the floor concrete layer 70 and having a lower end disposed in the ground E under the floor and an upper end disposed on the surface of the floor concrete layer 70, a cover part 40 detachably installed so that the upper end of the body tubular part 30 can be closed, and a termite proofing skirt part 50 expanded outward from the outer periphery of the body tube part 30 and held between the floor concrete layer 70 and the ground E under the floor.
