PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure safety during inspection work around a cooling fan. SOLUTION: A detecting switch 31 is provided for detecting opening/closing of an engine cover 5, and when the detecting switch 31 is ON (the cover is open), a controller 30 outputs a control signal to close a pressure compensated flow control valve 26. The supply of pressure oil to a hydraulic motor 24 is thereby cut off to stop the rotation of a multiblade fan 22. When the detecting switch 31 is OFF (the cover is closed), the controller 30 outputs a control signal to open the pressure compensated flow control valve 26. Pressure oil is thereby supplied to the hydraulic motor 24 to rotate the multiblade fan 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
