<p>PURPOSE:To improve the repsonsiveness, by executing tables, where an analog quantity is included in a processing signal, in the ascending order of level number and executing tables, where an analog quantity is not included in the processing signal, in the ascending order of level number only when the state of a mode signal is changed. CONSTITUTION:An interlock block diagram IBD generated in a form of tables is stored in a table storage part 21. Connection information which designates the read source of an input signal and the transmission destination of an output signal and information indicating that the classification of the processing signal is the mode signal or the analog signal are added to this IBD in a table control information generating part 22. The classification of the processing signal is discriminated on a basis of generated table control information 23 by a table operation control part 24; and in a table operating part 25, operations of tables including the analog quantity signal are executed successively in the ascending order of level number, and operations of tables which do not include the analog signal are executed successively in the ascending order of level number only when the state of the mode signal is changed.</p> |
