<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding chair of a multi-seat type mainly used outdoors, which can be used jointly with the child. <P>SOLUTION: In this folding chair having a plurality of seats, square frame- like side frames 1a, 1b, 1c are arranged side by side, a seating cloth is stretched between the upper sides of seating frame rods 3A, 3B, the lower parts of which are pivoted on the side frames, and the middle parts of which are intersected with the crossing parts connected, and link levers 4A, 4B are interposed between the upper position of the crossing connecting part and the side frame in the seat frame.
