PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote program renewal system capable of increasing efficiency of renewal processing, and capable of securing flexibility of a system program stored in a flash memory on an incorporated apparatus. SOLUTION: A renewal program 40 stored in the flash memory A104 forms a new system program by relinking an object file 10 and a renewal object file 302 on the basis of the renewal object file 302, link definition information 303, and load definition information 304 including a changing part of the system program transmitted via a communication network 200 by a remote host 300, and loads this new system program in a prescribed position.
