PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a film suppressing decomposition of matrix resin due to titanium dioxide and decomposing only air pollutant, to improve workability of the film to a variety of shapes, to provide a pavement material provided with an air cleaning function with short construction time and traffic release time by forming the film on-site, and to provide a road provided with an air cleaning function characterized by that the pavement material is applied to a road surface and its construction method. SOLUTION: The pavement material is characterized by that it includes powder with anatase-type titanium dioxide carried on porous inorganic material, particularly powder with the anatase-type titanium dioxide carried in porous silicate, and a thermosetting resin composition.
