PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a person must bend his/her elbow and wrist of the arm and operate a knob by unnatural attitude by rotating it in the horizontal direction by a finger tip and the wrist to operate the knob because the knob is provided at a position where it is arranged above an operation part of a flow rate adjusting means for controlling a water supply amount and dust is easily collected around the knob and the cleaning property is very bad because the knob is above the operation part and is a projection. SOLUTION: The operation part 6 of the flow rate adjusting means is arranged on a side face of a main body 2, so that the person can put the arm at a natural body position on a side face of his/her body to operate the knob simply by his/her finger tip only. Moreover, the projection does not protrude on an upper side of the operation part 6 to form a flat constitution, so that a conspicuous part which becomes dirty easily can be cleaned very easily.
