FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of medicinal agent sodium diclofenac. Agent is made as a tablet covered by envelope containing sodium diclofenac, aerosil A-300, potato starch, calcium stearate, collidone CL-M, microcrystalline cellulose taken in the definite ratio of components. The tablet core is covered by enterosoluble envelope prepared from an aqueous suspension comprising collicute MAE 100P, collidone-30, ferric oxide (III), propylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide taken in the definite ratio of components. Invention proposes also method for preparing anti- -inflammatory agent. Invention provides good decomposition owing to qualitative and quantitative ratio of components.
