PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat-adhesive conjugated fibers which are produced in improved fiber productivity such as fusibility when spun, have improved nonwoven fabric productivity such as card passableness and excellent low temperature heat adhesivity, and are suitable for obtaining flexible nonwoven fabrics scarcely giving a sticky touch. SOLUTION: The heat-adhesive conjugated fibers are obtained by conjugatedly spinning a resin as a component to expose the component to at least one part of the surface of each fiber. The resin comprises a propylenic copolymer (EP) having an ethylene content of 3.5 to 15 mol.%, a melting point of 120 to 140°C and a MFR (EP) of 10 to 100 and a propylenic polymer (PP) having an ethylene content of≤2 mol.%, a MFR of 15 to 100, and a relation of 0.4×MFR (EP)≤MFR (PP)≤4×MFR (EP). The nonwoven fabric is obtained by thermally treating a fiber web containing the heat-adhesive conjugated fibers in an amount of at least 10 mass%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
