PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of the scale of a device by using different transversal filters for compensating the disturbance of frequency characteristics due to the multi-path of a master station and for offsetting sneak path waves. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a subtracter 2, a transversal filter 3 for supplying an output signal to the subtracting terminal of the substracter, and a filter coefficient generating circuit 4 for controlling the tap coefficient, and provided with at least a signal processing part for generating the copy of a sneak path signal. A reception OFDM signal including the sneak path signal is supplied to the subtracting terminal of the subtracter, and the output terminal of the subtracter is connected through a multi-path cancel circuit 8 to the input terminal of an amplifier 6, so that the output signal of the multi- path cancel circuit can be supplied to the input terminal of the signal processing part. Also, the signal pass frequency band width of the multi-path cancel circuit is set so as not to be more than the signal pass frequency band width of either a sneak path loop or a canceller loop.
