SEALED ROLLING BEARING BOX ASSEMBLED WITH ROLLER SHAFT INSTALLED IN PLATING LIQUID BATH

PURPOSE: A sealed rolling bearing box is provided to expand life span of rollers and to securely seal a plating liquid bath by assembling rolling bearings into shafts of the rollers installed in the plating liquid bath. CONSTITUTION: A sealed rolling bearing box(10) includes a rotor(12) rotatably coupled with shafts of rollers(1) installed in a plating liquid bath. A stator(16) is coupled to the shafts of the rollers(1) in adjacent to the rotor(12). A spring member(13) is provided to elastically support a lateral portion of the stator(16). A rolling bearing is coupled to the shafts of the rollers at a lateral portion of the spring member(13). A cover(19) is coupled to a side of the rolling bearing(11). The rotor(12), the stator(16), the spring member(13), and the rolling bearing(11) are accommodated in a housing(17). The rotor(12) is coupled to the shafts of the rollers(1) by means of keys. The rollers(1) make contact with a steel plate.
