First(42) and second(44) parts of the product are molded and are then turned to contact each other. Residual heat in the two parts is then utilized to induce chemical reaction for joining both parts together to form a product(40). Preferred Features: Both parts may be molded simultaneously, preferably by injection molding, before being brought into contact. Contact between the two parts may be either under pressure or without pressure. No external heat is utilized during the joining stage. Joining is effected in a closed tool. Additional mechanical connection may be made between both parts where necessary. Contact area(46,48) temperature is >= 45 deg C.
