The sliding door (3) has grooved carrier wheels (11) fastened to metal plates (14) at the top. The wheels run in a profiled rail (4) with top and bottom running rails (10). An inverted U-shaped groove (5) is situated adjacent to the running rails, to accommodate the top edge of the fixed partition (2). The height of the profiled rail is adjusted by grub screws (6) engaging metal pads (7) on top of resilient pads (8) on top of the partition. There are side pads (13) between the partition and the sides of the U-shape.
