The center of the front tube has a fixture-point (1) for a safety-line (2) which is adjusted to the lengths of other lines leading to a steering-bar (6) and fixed to the kite-handler. The safety line has a clamp (3) with guide-hole for the kite-flyer. A stop (4) fixed to the line enables the steering bar, when let go, to slide along the safety lines until the other lines work loose. The safety line is fixed by a spring hook or hook pile fastener to the tube-kite (7)-flyer
