PURPOSE: A fin for a heat exchanger is provided to strengthen the connection with the tube by preventing a slit hole from being pulled out to a bent part of the fin by forming rectilinear parts at the upper and lower side of the slit hole and by arranging the slit hole at a planar plate part and to improve the rigidity of the bent part. CONSTITUTION: A fin for a heat exchanger comprises a plurality of planar plate parts(22), a plurality of bent parts(24a,24b) forming the planar plate parts into an entirely corrugated shape by connecting the planar plate parts at the upside and the lower side by turns, and a plurality of slit holes(25) formed to the planar plate parts with having upper and lower rectilinear parts(26a,26b).
