PURPOSE: A system for managing an on-off line integrated photoshop and a system for supplying a mobile service and moving picture employment information using the same are provided to reuse information of a user and produce an article through an image synthesis of the user and a performer by connecting an off-line photoshop of each area to an Internet network by on-line, receiving a digital image and a moving picture of a consumer being produced by a camcorder in each photoshop, and registering the digital image and the moving picture through editing. CONSTITUTION: A user(100) visits a photoshop store(200) on off-line and produces a product by a prepared operation. The produced image is sold to the user(100). The created data are stored and transmitted. A completed image of the user(100) is produced as a key ring and accessories(700), and transmitted to a mobile phone logo screen of the user(100) through a protocol using a transmission network(500) of a mobile communication company. Moving picture data of the user(100) are stored as a profile CD(800) and sold to the user(100). All images and moving picture data of the user(100) are transmitted to an Internet server(300) through an Internet network(400). The user(100) checks all data through the Internet network(400). Information of a performer is received through a cooperation with an entertainment planning company, an image of the user(100) and an image of the performer are synthesized, a product is produced, and a mobile service(600) is supplied.
