PURPOSE: A locking device of a vehicle trunk lid is provided, which performs a locking position control of the trunk lid with a simple key operation using an electromotive actuator. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive actuator(20) is installed in a trunk lid(1) of a vehicle, and a locking assembly(3) of the trunk lid is installed in an operation rod(22) of the actuator. And a switch part(28) formed in a power supply line(24) to the actuator is formed on both sides of a key cylinder assembly(26) of the trunk lid so that an elevation of the operation rod is controlled by a key operation of the trunk lid.
