Hair-setting lotion (A) comprises at least one terpolymer (I) of vinyl pyrrolidone (Ia), dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide (Ib) and quaternized alkyl dimethylaminopropyl methacrylamide (Ic) and at least one anionic and/or amphoteric polymer (II), each present at 0.1-10 wt.% of total composition. An Independent claim is also included for a foam dispenser, of the pump spray or aerosol types, containing (A).
