PURPOSE: A skin care apparatus and a waveform output method using the same are provided to achieve both vibration output by ultrasonic wave and ion current wave output by means of one skin contact unit for aesthetic treatment. CONSTITUTION: An ion current wave is generated at an ultrasonic delay time of an ultrasonic cycle while an ultrasonic wave is generated. A waveform output line is changed over at the boundary point of time between an ultrasonic generation time and the ultrasonic delay time by means of a waveform output line control unit(WS) so that vibration caused by ultrasonic wave and an ion current wave are continually and repetitively output by means of one skin contact unit(SC1) for aesthetic treatment, thereby using both the function of ultrasonic wave and positive ions and the function of ultrasonic wave and negative ions.
