<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applying apparatus provided with a fresh function capable of applying a liquid material containing perfume on an intended spot without bringing coloring and providing a sufficient continuity of a smell, and capable of seeing applying marks by irradiating the applying marks with black light. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid material containing perfume is contained in a container, such as a core type mechanism, and by bringing the liquid material into a specified liquid composition and a specified applying apparatus constitution, a sufficient continuity of a smell is provided, a fresh function is provided, and applying ability as the applying apparatus and leakage preventing ability are improved. By adding a proper amount of a fluorescent brightener on the liquid material containing perfume, the applying marks can be seen through black light irradiation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
