<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of thermal-spray work in which the peripheral surfaces of a plurality of single materials are successively repeated to be thermally-sprayed while moving a thermal-spray gun along the peripheral surface of the single material having the largely changeable peripheral surface. <P>SOLUTION: The method of repeating thermal-spray work on a plurality of single materials each having small diameter peripheral surface is composed of a divided thermal-spray surface, thermal-spray position, thermal-spray order teaching process, a 1st divided thermal-spray surface successive thermal-spray process, the 1st divided thermal-spray surface return process, a 2nd divided thermal-spray surface successive thermal-spray process and a Nth divided thermal-spray surface successive thermal-spray process for thermally-spraying the Nth thermal-spray surface of each single material by repeating the divided thermal-spray surface return process and the divided thermal-spray surface successive thermal-spray process until the thermal-spray of the Nth divided thermal-spray surface taught by the divided thermal-spray surface, thermal-spray position, thermal-spray order teaching process is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
