PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which has moisture absorbing and discharging functions of high moisture absorptivity/dischargeability, good flexibility, strong strength against folding at the time of conducting, and in which the changing width of the humidity in association with the temperature change of an outside world can be converged. SOLUTION: The functional sheet comprises an inorganic porous material having a pore size of 3 to 12 nm and a pore volume of 0.3 ml/g or more, and a coating of a mixture containing an emulsion of an organic material having a glass transition temperature of -30 to -50°C. Thus, the moisture absorption and the moisture discharge equilibrium of a steam can be autonomously controlled to 50 to 70% of a comfortable humidity range, and the functional sheet having the flexibility can be formed with the good appearance.
